Over the past 8+ years, Tim has helped hockey players at every level, from youth to the NHL, get faster, stronger, and more explosive through proven, science-backed training methods. He’s in his fourth season with the Bruins after three seasons as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the AHL’s Providence Bruins.
Tim’s coaching style is built on a deep understanding of performance and a relentless focus on results.
