Coach Tim Lebbossiere
Tim Lebbossiere is the Assistant Performance Coach for the Boston Bruins and the creator of the Speed Stack™ system used in Hockey Domination™.
Over the past 8+ years, Tim has helped hockey players at every level—from youth to the NHL—get faster, stronger, and more explosive through proven, science-backed training methods. He’s in his fourth season with the Bruins after three seasons as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the AHL’s Providence Bruins.
Tim’s coaching style is built on a deep understanding of performance and a relentless focus on results. With advanced degrees in Exercise Science and Human Performance, plus experience with NCAA programs like UMass Lowell, Quinnipiac, and Holy Cross, he brings a rare blend of academic knowledge and real-world application to every training plan.
I’ve spent over a decade helping hockey players (all the way up to men's league players) reach their potential by testing training systems, guiding athletes, and studying under some of the top minds in the sport.
I didn’t make AAA growing up. Not because I didn't work hard, but because I didn’t know how to train like a hockey player. I had the passion, but I lacked the right guidance. That experience taught me two important things: what actually works, and how it feels to be overlooked, frustrated, and unsure how to improve.
That’s why I created the IC3 Performance System™. To give players what I wish I had—a clear plan and the personal coaching support to stay consistent when motivation dips. My mission is simple. Help players train smarter, believe in themselves, and enjoy the process. When they do, the on-ice success and confidence follow naturally.
